IMPORTANT NOTICE

A new policy was implemented four (4) years ago by Show Canada to avoid attrition costs which can add up to be very costly.  The cut-off-date for accepting reservations is April 28, 2012.

As of April 28, 2012  the Delta Winnipeg and the Place Louis Riel Suite will charge all delegates for “their entire stay” in the hotel and not just a one night deposit.  This means that if you have booked one room, five rooms or ten rooms, you will be charged for all rooms and for the entire length of the conference.  These charges will automatically be charged to the credit card that you have provided, regardless of whether those rooms are used or not.

It is important that you be aware of this policy as you can no longer cancel rooms or room nights at the last minute. So, just remember that April 28, 2012 is the deadline for cancelling hotel rooms without penalty.  After this date, you will be liable for all rooms and room nights that you have reserved.
