Your booth will be at your disposal from 9 :30 am to 5 :30 pm for your individual personal meetings.  You will receive a delegate list two weeks before the show in order to make appointments with delegates before your arrival.

All fully paid registrations received by February 29, 2012 only.

All fully paid registrations received between March 1, 2012 to April 30, 2012

- An additional Booth to the same Registrant costs $ 525.00. plus GST

  • One (1) Free Registration to ShowCanada 2012 with your Trade Show Registration for either one or two booths
  • Individual Meal Tickets or a Day Pass are also available at your option at the door
  • Make your room reservations directly with the hotel.  See Hotel information on website www.showcanada.ca

Registrations will only be accepted when payment is received.
Confirmation of Registration and Booth location will follow by email.

 

Each Booth Registration will include:

- 8’ high drape back wall consisting of registered flame retardant material

- 4’ high drape side wings consisting of registered flame retardant material

- one (1) – 120 volt, 750 watt electrical outlet approved and installed by licensed electrician

- one (1)  2’ x  6’ covered & skirted display table 

- two (2) folding chairs

Not included:

  • Drayage and placement of display equipment
  • Cleaning of interior booth space
  • Storage at the Hotel – Refer to Central Display Package
  • Customs
