What inspired the creation of Better Acres Ice Cream?
The inspiration came from my youngest son, but the shop is a tribute to my parents – a heartfelt thank you for raising me on a farm and teaching me the value of growing our own food.

Currently our Sea Salted Maple. The perfect way to enjoy it is any way possible… it’s that damn good!
What makes Better Acres Ice Cream “uniquely BC”?
Our fresh, full-fat cream is sourced right here in BC, along with several of our
flavour ingredients.

What’s one thing people may not know about how it’s made?
We make our ice cream in-house, in small batches, fresh every day.
